We use the email address you provide to send the Sales Micro Learning emails you request and to help you sign in to your account.

If you joined a team plan, the team owner gets a weekly digest that counts members' practice and names members who have been quiet for two weeks. You can turn this off at any time on your team dashboard. It never includes what you write to us.

If you reply to a daily tip, we use AI to write a short coaching answer. We keep your reply and our answer for 90 days, delete them when you unsubscribe, and never show them to anyone else, including a team owner.

You can stop daily tips with the unsubscribe link in any tip email. To manage your account and tip mix, sign in.
