💡 Tip — Day 173

Don’t negotiate one line item at a time. Procurement will peel the deal like an onion: price on Monday, payment terms on Wednesday, extra seats on Friday. Slow it down with: “Let’s put all open items on the table so we can solve this as one package.” 🎯 Try this today: For one active negotiation, write the sentence you’ll use to ask, “Are these the only remaining items we need to resolve?” before revising terms.
