Tip — Day 264

You quote $48,000 for an annual contract. The buyer looks down at the proposal and says nothing. A pause isn’t a counteroffer. State the price clearly, then leave room for their response: “For [agreed scope], the annual price is [amount].” [Pause for their response.] They may be calculating, not objecting. Let their response—not the discomfort of waiting—guide what you discuss next. 🎯 Try this today: In your next pricing call’s notes, write this line with your scope and price, including the pause cue.
